What’s included in the bar service?
Our full-service bar includes trained bartenders from our preferred vendor, and we handle the liquor license so you can enjoy your event worry-free. Bar options can be customized to suit your celebration.
How long will we have access to the venue?
Bride has access to the bridal suite at 9am. Barn at 10am. 1am Venue doors are locked.
Is camping or overnight parking available?
We offer a dry camping area, weather permitting, for those wishing to stay overnight. Please inquire for specific details and availability.
Can we bring our own vendors?
No worries! While we have a preferred vendor list with some of the best vendors, we understand you may have vendors that you would like to work with.
Do you have an in-house caterer?
We do! Our in-house service provides an extensive menu and is all inclusive of all tableware and glassware.
May we bring in our own caterer?
Yes! They must be approved through The Whitewood Barn.
Are there nearby accommodations for guests?
Yes, there are several hotels located within a short drive of The Whitewood Barn. We can provide recommendations to ensure your guests have convenient, comfortable options nearby.
Can we decorate the venue the day before?
Access for decoration is generally on the day of the event; however, early access may be available depending on the schedule. Please inquire to confirm availability.
May I bring in my own decorations?
Yes. We also have renatables available through The Whitewood Barn.
Are candles allowed?
Yes, only if encased in a cylinder.
Is setup and cleanup included in the booking?
Yes, our team handles basic setup and takedown of tables and chairs, so you can focus on enjoying your day. Additional services can be arranged for custom setups.
Do I need additional insurance?
Yes. We suggest DUUO.
Is there a weather contingency?
Yes, in the Barn.
What are the hours of the rental?
10 am to 1 am.
Is rehearsal included?
Yes, we allow 45 minutes to 1 hour.
May our fur baby attend the ceremony?
Yes, for ceremony and photos and then must vacate.
